a. Information You Provide to Us:

• Registration Information: When you create an account, we collect your full name, mobile phone number, and email address. This information is used to identify you, provide you with our services, and communicate with you.
• Payment Information: To fund your in-app wallet, you will be redirected to our third-party payment provider, Paystack. We do not directly collect or store your financial information, such as credit card numbers. Paystack handles all payment processing and may collect and store your payment details in accordance with their own privacy policy.

b. Information We Collect Automatically:

• Location Information: We collect your precise location data when you use the App to find charging stations. This is essential for the core functionality of the App. You have the option to disable location services, but this may limit the App’s functionality.
• Usage Data: We automatically collect information about how you use the App, such as the charging stations you view, the charging ports you reserve, the duration of your charging sessions, and interactions with in-app features.
• Device Information: We collect information about the device you use to access our App, including the device type, operating system, unique device identifiers, and mobile network information.

3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

• To Provide and Improve Our Services: To enable you to find, reserve, and pay for charging sessions; to manage your in-app wallet; to process payments; and to personalize your experience.
• Communication: To send you service-related communications, such as reservation confirmations, charging session updates, and customer support responses. We may also send you promotional messages, but you can opt out of these at any time.
• Analytics and Research: To understand how our users interact with the App, to monitor and analyze usage patterns, and to improve the performance and features of our services.
• Security and Fraud Prevention: To protect the integrity and security of our App and to prevent fraudulent activities.
• Legal Compliance: To comply with legal obligations, enforce our Terms of Use, and protect our rights and the rights of our users.
